As Club Safeguarding Officer, please register your role via your MYWRU account at my.wru.wales
Your CSO registration will then be reviewed by WRU staff and you will be invited for an induction.
Once you have completed your induction, your role on MyWRU will be approved and you will be given access to the 'manage organizations' area of MyWRU, which allows you to view a list of volunteers within your club.
You will be able to see a list of all people/volunteers within your club, and each individuals DBS status.
When searching for your volunteers DBS status, log in to your MyWRU account, and go to Manage Organisations.
You will then be able to select the People menu.
From there, you can see an entire list of players and volunteers of your club.
Each persons volunteer status can be viewed quicky by looking at the DBS Status column (see screenshot below).
You can also view a persons individual DBS status, certificate, and valid dates by clicking on 'view details' next to the volunteer.
