How to delete Your Account
You can delete your Rygbi Cymru account and its associated data at any time by following the steps below.
How to delete your account in the Rygbi Cymru App
1. Log in to the Rygbi Cymru app. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.
2. Go to the More tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

What is deleted
Account deletion will delete your SSO (single sign-on) account.
Please note: If you have participated in the game, that data is held separately and is retained for purposes including analysis on the state of the game and participation eligibility and safeguarding, should you re-register in the future.
