Registrations
As you are
currently registered as Club Secretary, you do not need to register again for
this season. Players (all ages) and volunteers who have already registered for
this season also DO NOT need to register again.
Please
ensure that you communicate this with your already registered club volunteers
and players.
Any new players
that are eligible for your club MUST register through the new system. As a Club
Secretary, you will be able to approve these players within the new system.
For any new
volunteers that wish to join your club in the new year, please also direct them
to the new system where information on how to register and also get a DBS check
(if relevant) will be made available.
Transfers & Permits
Senior transfers
will be managed by our Rugby Operations team up until the transfer deadline
date (31st January 2025). How to transfer players throughout January
will be communicated to you by our Rugby Operations team.
Permits
will also be managed by the Rugby Operations team until the end of the 2024/2025
season, and this process will also be communicated to you by the Rugby
Operations team.
Junior
transfers will continue to be managed via the existing paper process for the
remainder of the 2024/2025 season. Digital junior transfers will be available
in time for the 2025/2026 season.
