Treasurers
Club Safeguarding Officers
Coaches
Team Managers
Referee's
Club Operations Managers
Volunteer Coordinators
Volunteers
First Aid
Fixture Secretary
School Staff
If you already have a MyWRU account
1. Log in to https://my.wru.wales
2. Click “Register to participate”
3. Follow the steps to register as a volunteer
If you do not have an existing MyWRU account
1. Go to https://my.wru.wales
2. Click “Login or create account” → Sign up
3. Create your account using your email and password
4. Log in and update your personal profile
5. Click “Register to participate”
6. Follow the steps to register as a volunteer
7. Submit your registration.
📝 Once submitted, your registration will go to the WRU for approval, or to your Club Secretary.
