⚠️The transfer process can only be carried out between clubs and cannot be actioned on the system by players (or their parent/guardians).
When do online transfers open and close
Online transfer of players is available from June 1st to January 31st each season.
How to transfer to a new club in MyWRU
Your new club secretary will need the following details to start the transfer process:
- Your WRUID
- Your surname
Once they initiate the transfer, it will be reviewed and approved by the player (or players parents/guardian from the 'your actions' area of MYWRU, your previous club and the WRU.
Finding your WRUID
You and/ or you child(ren)'s WRUID will be within the "manage details" section of MyWRU.
Tracking the status of your transfer
You can track the status of your transfer from the 'track registrations' area in your MyWRU profile.
