A Club Secretary, Club Secretary Support can Permit players for any team. 

Team Managers and Team Coaches can Permit players for their registered teams only. 

To permit a player:

1. Log in to MyWRU
2. Go to Manage Organisation > Permits
3. Select 'create permit'
4. Follow the steps to create a permit

Any active permits being requested from your club, or permits you are requesting from other clubs will appear in the Permit screen.
